Session availability and pricing are confirmed at booking. Payment terms are communicated before purchase. Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are explained during booking. Refunds for eligible purchases follow our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to facility issues, severe weather, or staff unavailability. Alternative times or credits will be offered where reasonable.
Physical activity involves inherent risks including muscle soreness, strains, or falls. You participate voluntarily and agree to follow coach instructions, report discomfort promptly, and modify or stop activity when needed. Expelliving does not claim to prevent, treat, or alleviate any disease or health condition through exercise sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, you release Expelliving from liability for injuries resulting from your failure to disclose relevant limitations, misuse of equipment, or non-compliance with guidance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such exclusions are prohibited.
